Queen to officially open BBC Broadcasting House building today

One of Front Elevations clients work will be given the royal 'Once-Over' today as The Queen inspects MERO-SCHMIDLIN's Glass Facade at Portland Place

The Glass & Stone Facade at Broadcasting House designed and installed by MERO-SCHMIDLIN (UK) PLC


The Queen will not be accompanied by Prince Philip, due to his ongoing medical condition. She will however be escorted by Lord Patten, the BBC Trust chairman and meet up with Sir Bruce Forsyth & David Dimbleby before unveiling a plaque to open the newly extended and refurbished Broadcasting House.


Front Elevation's client MERO-SCHMIDLIN (UK) PLC designed and installed the Cyclorama glass facade which wraps around the new extension and the 1930's iconic Art Deco original construction
